Most likely, you will find a solution to your query in the following section. In case you couldn’t, you can always contact-us.

What payment options do you accept?

Our online checkout accepts all major debit & credit cards. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club.
Monday Domains can also accept ETH payments.

How long does it take to transfer a domain?

It depends on where the domain is currently held, and where you want to transfer it. Typically once you have paid, and we know where you’d want your newly purchased domain name to be transferred to, it should not take more than 4 days.
The fastest way to transfer is to use the same domain registrar as the current owner. If you choose to transfer to a different registrar from where the domain is currently held, you might need to wait an additional 7 days to cover ICANN’s mandated waiting period.

How is my purchase kept secure?

Your payments are held securely in the payment (Razorpay) until the domain name you have purchased is transferred to you. If for any reason the domain name could not be transferred, your funds are guaranteed to be returned to you.
Monday Domains uses SSL encryption to protect all of your personal and payment information.

Do domains include trademark registrations?

No, this is not possible given how trademarks work.
The names shown on Monday Domains can be used by any industry in any geographical location offering all sorts of services. Since a trademark protects a name that belongs to a specific industry in a specific location we cannot take care of this for you as we don’t know what industry your name will belong to.
Before you purchase a domain name, we advise you undertake your own research on how protectable the name is, for your location and intended purpose.

What is your return policy?

Monday Domains is a website that sells domain names that are owned by us and other people. Once an order for a domain has been placed, Monday Domains does not offer refunds or exchanges unless the domain seller fails to start their domain name transfer within 14 days from the time the purchase was made.

What is GST and how does it apply to prices of the Domains?

GST (Goods and Service Tax) is a tax applied on domains bought through Monday Domains (India based entity). If you are based out of India, you can take GST input credit for the same.

What is the next step after purchasing the domain?

It is very simple and easy to purchase your desired brand name on Monday Domains. It starts from finalizing your domain name first and then clicking on the “Purchase” button to proceed with the payment by choosing any available payment option.
Once payment is confirmed, an email will be sent to your email id with the confirmation. And a follow-up email will be sent explaining the procedure by Monday Domains Representative, which will guide you and help you to transfer all the domain name rights to your name.

More detail on the domain name transfer process is as under:
In order to get the quick transfer, you have to create a free account at the respected registrar (crazydomains.com in most cases) where the required domain is already registered. You can also transfer the domain ownership to your own registrar as it might take 5-7 days. In most cases, we are just a call away from contacting you once the payment is processed.

After receiving the information for the account transfer, we will immediately transfer the rights.
After starting the transfer process, we will send you an email notification with the instructions so that you can confirm the process of transfer.
